So, I have to thank my sister for introducing me to Iowa Girl Eats. She not only posts amazing recipes on her site, but she's also a runner, so her recipes are healthy, too! I'm planning to make these meals for dinner this week:
- Spaghetti and Meatball Soup
- Meatloaf Cupcakes (Say what?? These are mini-meatloaves baked in muffin tins, topped with mashed potatoes and gravy. Yum!)
- Lighter Sesame Chicken (Perhaps this meal will satisfy KShaf's Asian food craving, and we won't have to eat at the Chinese Buffet in town quite as often!)
- Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole (Comfort Food City)
